9 Easy Meals to Make on Vacation in Airbnb: Preparation and Recipes

Easy meals Airbnb to make on vacation in Airbnb? These are questions I usually get often; I usually get from most of my friends. Perhaps you may be asking the same question such as easy food to make at Airbnb, easy meals when there is no food, or easy breakfast for Airbnb and that is why you are here.

One of the toughest reasons for long-run travel is the care and feeding of my very own body. What’s similar and second nature back home, takes energy- and sometimes creativity- once travelling.

Chizzy, my best that travels a lot inspire me to write this here for another Chizzy.  That sounds good, right? After she settles into a work-friendly Airbnb for several days to catch get to business (Usually regarding five to seven days) She realizes that she feels less productive if she focuses on consuming food, takeout, or processed food.

She would call me on phone “Zita! I’m a lot more productive and realize myself recharged for a lot of travel adventures after I do a grocery run so cook easily, and homestyle recipes. Please recommend easy food to make at Airbnb, I need to the kitchen and spent little time on the food”.

Although learning the way to buy groceries outside your country or places you haven’t been before is often stressful, it’s been useful on behalf of me to arrange basic go-to meals that are unit healthy, satisfying, comforting, and easy to prepare with basic ingredients. I’ve enclosed my favourite Airbnb-kitchen-friendly recipes below.

You’ll Need :

12 Hawaiian Rolls.

6 slices.Of Provolone cheese.

2 Pounds.Of Boneless Roast.

A Pound.Of Sweet pepper.

3 medium Onions.

2 cloves of Garlic.

2 large spoons.Of Worcestershire sauce.

A stick.Of Butter salt and pepper.


1 – The roast meat should be sliced as thin as possible. In a medium-shaped skillet, pour two teaspoons of butter.

2 – Additionally, make sure to peel and then roast the garlic in the pan. After peeling the onions, you can then put them into a saucepan.

3 – The pepper heads should be sliced and halved and the seeds extracted. Be sure to split it lengthwise and put it in the saucepan.

4 – Cover the pot and cook it for 10 to15 minutes.

5 – To make the bread, you need to slice each roll into four parts. Remember to brush both sides with butter.

6 – Toss in a medium frying pan on medium heat until golden brown, then remove them from the pan, and extract the cake.

7 – It is important to take a half slice of provolone cheese, turn it over on itself, and set it aside. Repeat this for the rest slices.

8 – Add two tablespoons of butter in a large skillet, then add one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

9 – Immediately heat the temperature to medium-high, then add the meat and let it cook until it has the perfect doneness.

10 – Next, add the cooked meat and cheese. After that, add the onions and peppers to the meat, and coat it with the remaining gravy, and sauce. Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.


White Almond Cake

A secret ingredient of sour cream makes this cake so moist, dense, and delicious! I use this recipe for my kids’ birthdays, but it’s a favourite for wedding cakes, too! This recipe can easily be doubled


1 (18.25 ounce) package of white cake mix

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/3 cups water

1 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon almond extract

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 egg whites

White Almond Cake


Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour an 11×13 inch cake pan.

Stir together the white cake mix, flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl until well mixed. Pour in the water, sour cream, vegetable oil, almond and vanilla extracts, and egg whites, and beat with an electric mixer on low until all the ingredients are mixed and moistened but some lumps remain, for 4 minutes.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, and bake in the preheated oven until the top is a light golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean, about 25 minutes.

Allow cooling before frosting.

Beef Strips


In a bowl, whisk together the sweet chilli sauce, mustard seeds, garlic, soy sauce, tomato paste and water.

Set aside

Add the beef strips to a bowl with flour and toss to coat

Heat your pan over medium-high heat and add the beef strips, salt and diced onions and fry till lightly golden, giving it a light toss.

Homemade Honey-Baked Ham


2 cups white granulated sugar

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg (freshly ground if possible)

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon ground clove

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 bone-in spiral sliced pre-cooked ham

blowtorch or another heating device

Instructions :

In a small mixing bowl combine sugar, ginger, clove, paprika, onion powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

Place aluminium foil on a cookie sheet, and cover the pan with the foil, this prevents having burnt sugar on your pan. Place ham, open meat side down onto the pan. Sprinkle with the seasoned sugar mixture and press sugar onto the outside of the ham. (Note: You may not use all of the seasoned sugar mixtures.)

Gently heat the seasoned sugar mixture on the ham (a small blowtorch works best). Wave the flame quickly over the sugar to brown, but not burn. Stay in one area, and move out from there slowly, this will make the process easier because you will be heating the sugar in a continual direction. This whole process will take about 15 minutes; patience is required. You can sprinkle more sugar on top of the already browned parts of the ham and make the thrust thicker.

You can reheat it when you are done.


Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie


1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

3 cups half-and-half

2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup white sugar

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked

1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread the coconut on a baking sheet and bake it, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, combine the half-and-half, eggs, sugar, flour, and salt and mix well. Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 3/4 cup of the toasted coconut and the vanilla extract. Reserve the remaining coconut to top the pie.

Pour the filling into the pie shell and chill until firm, about 4 hours.

Top with whipped topping and with the reserved coconut.



Avocado, Coconut & Sweet Potato Brownies

This preparation excludes

  •  Wheat
  • Sugar
  • Dairy products!


1/2 cup mashed avocado (about 1/2 an avocado)

1/2 cup cooked sweet potato

1/2 cup creamy nut butter (almond, cashew, tahini, etc)

1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup coconut milk

3 tablespoons cacao powder

Bake Time: 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 325° F, and line a regular-size loaf pan with parchment paper, or grease it with coconut oil. Then, leave the chocolate chips aside, and blend all other ingredients in a blender. When they are mixed well, add the chocolate chips, and transfer the batter to the loaf pan.

Use a spoon to level the batter across the pan evenly, as it will be sticky and thick. Bake for 20 minutes.

Step 1:

Make sure that lettuce, cucumber and tomato are cut into small pieces.

Step 2:

Then you can fry the chicken fillet.

Step 3:

Once done, cut the bread into squares and fried.

Step 4:

You’ll need to add chicken and bread to the lettuce and cucumber. And please add to it the ranch sauce and crushed Cheetos potatoes on the face.




Jamie Oliver’s Frozen Berry Margarita

Ingredients :

50ml fresh lime juice (2-3 limes)

100ml quality Blanco tequila

50ml triple sec or Cointreau

½ a bunch of fresh mint (15g)

Method :

Pour the lime juice into a blender, along with the tequila and triple sec.

Add the frozen berries, a handful of ice cubes and 2 or 3 mint leaves, then pop the lid on and whiz until smooth.

Pour into martini glasses, garnish with a sprig of mint and a little lime zest, and serve.


How To Make Broccoli Patties


2 teaspoons vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic – minced

1/2 onion – chopped

1 (12-ounce) bag of frozen broccoli – defrosted

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

2 eggs – beaten

Broccoli Parties


preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet lined with aluminium foil.

Heat the oil in a small pan over medium heat, and add in the garlic and onions. Season with salt/pepper to taste. Sauté until onions are garlic are tender, and set aside to cool.

Add the broccoli to a kitchen towel. Wrap the towel around the broccoli and squeeze out the extra moisture. Pour the drained broccoli into a large bowl.

To the same bowl, add the panko, the cheeses, eggs, and salt/pepper to taste.

Mix and form into patties, and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Flip and bake for another 15 minutes or until browned and crispy.
